All orders are carefully prepared, packed, and shipped by our team from Belgium.
As a small independent business, every package is handled with care. While we always aim to ship quickly, processing times may be slightly longer than large retailers.
We truly appreciate your patience and support.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
- weekends
- Belgian public holidays
During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We offer two delivery options at checkout:
Home Delivery
Shipped via bpost, Belgium’s national postal service.
Your parcel is delivered directly to your home address. Once it reaches your country, your local postal service may handle final delivery.
Pick-up Point Delivery
Shipped via Mondial Relay.
Your parcel is delivered to a nearby pick-up point or locker that you select at checkout. You will be notified when your package is ready for collection.
This option is often:
- more affordable
- eco-friendlier
- convenient if you are not home during the day

We ship to:
- Belgium
- Europe
- International destinations worldwide

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Belgium
- bpost: 1–3 business days
- Mondial Relay: 2–4 business days
Europe
- bpost: 3–10 business days
- Mondial Relay: 3–8 business days
International
- bpost: 7–20 business days
Please note that delays caused by customs, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- parcel size
- weight
The exact cost will always be displayed before you complete your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
These charges:
- are determined by your country
- are not included in our prices
- are the customer’s responsibility

Tracking
Tracking information is provided whenever available.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- missed pick-up deadlines
- failed delivery attempts
If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Include:
- your order number
- photos (if damaged)
- a description of the issue
We will work with the carrier to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
