Each piece is carefully selected, packed, and shipped by hand from Belgium.

We mainly sell vintage and one-of-a-kind items. Because of their unique nature, our return policy is more limited than large retail stores.
Please read the following conditions carefully before placing your order.

Vintage condition disclaimer

Vintage items may show:

  • light signs of wear
  • small marks or irregularities
  • natural patina
  • minor imperfections due to age

These characteristics are part of the charm and authenticity of vintage pieces.

Any noticeable flaws are always shown in photos and/or described in the product listing.
Therefore, they are not considered defects. 

Returns & exchanges

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • sizing or measurement issues
  • personal preference
  • minor vintage wear or imperfections
  • failure to read the description carefully

As a small independent business, we are unable to process convenience returns.

Thank you for your understanding.

Exceptions – eligible for return or refund

We only accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • the item arrived damaged during shipping
  • you received the wrong item
  • there is a major defect not mentioned in the description

How to report an issue

If there is a problem with your order:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email us at: contact@get-your-stuff.com
  3. Include clear photos of:
  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the issue or damage

Claims without photos may not be processed.

Return conditions

If your return is approved:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • securely packed
  • shipped back within 7 days of approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the mistake was ours.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
